1. Full Refund for Unused Services
We provide a 100% refund for any unused service products upon request. If you have purchased a consulting session, marketing strategy package, or any other service but have not yet used it, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless you request otherwise. If you prefer an alternative refund method, please specify your preference in your refund request.
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express: Refunds for any unused service will be issued directly back to the card used for payment.
• PayPal: Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account.
• Wire Transfers & ACH Payments: Refunds will be sent via the same method unless an alternative is requested.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Once a service has been initiated, refunds will be pro-rated based on the remaining available services or service period remaining. This includes:
• Completed or in-progress consulting sessions
• Marketing strategy or campaign management already delivered
• Web development, security, or bot protection services that have started
