• Website Security & Bot Protection: Solutions to safeguard your website from fraudulent traffic, hacking attempts, and bot-driven ad fraud.

• Web Development & Optimization: Custom website and landing page development designed for performance, security, and conversions.

Some services may involve third-party platforms, software providers, and partners, including ad networks and security firms.

3. Payments & Fees

• One-Time Payments: Certain services, such as website development, are billed upfront or upon project completion.

• Subscription-Based Payments: Some services, such as ongoing ad management or security monitoring, are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

• Ad Spend Payments: Clients funding paid ad campaigns must pay in advance or link a payment method for direct billing through the ad platform.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, wire transfer, ACH, and other approved payment methods.

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

4. Delivery of Services

• Ad Campaigns: Once the strategy is agreed upon and payment is received, campaigns will be launched within a mutually agreed timeframe.

• Website Security & Development: Delivery timelines vary based on project scope. Estimated timelines will be provided in writing before work begins.

• Third-Party Involvement: Some services rely on external platforms, including ad networks, security providers, and hosting services. While we facilitate implementation, we are not responsible for their performance, outages, or policy changes.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Advertising Services: Due to the nature of digital ad spend, once a campaign is launched, no refunds will be provided for spent budget. Service fees may be refundable if work has not commenced.

• Website Security & Bot Protection: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds will only be issued for unused full months of service.

• Web Development: Refunds are only available before development work begins. Once work has started, refunds are issued at our discretion based on work completed.

• Chargebacks & Disputes: Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of services until resolved.

6. Third-Party Services & Liability

We utilize third-party platforms, including advertising networks, security software providers, hosting services, and analytics tools. While we strive to provide the best possible results, we are not responsible for:

• Changes in ad platform policies, algorithms, or performance.

• Downtime, data breaches, or technical issues caused by third-party services.

• Decisions made by third-party platforms, such as ad disapprovals or account suspensions.

By using our services, you acknowledge that external factors beyond our control may impact performance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Puerto Rico, USA.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
